Selenium IDE 1.0.11 – Now with Firefox 4 Support!

We know that you have been waiting eagerly for this release and you have to wait no more. Selenium IDE 1.0.11 is now here and you can get it from the seleniumhq download site. The update will also be pushed to you automatically over the next couple days.

  1. I wanted to thank everyone who was involved in putting together this release. I have heard that many of you no longer use Sel-IDE. It is my belief that this is still a very valuable tool in a QA engineer’s arsenal. Sel-IDE has helped me provide easy visibility into defects through its ease of use and ability to get automated tests developed quickly.

    I appreciate very, very much the commitment to maintaining and extending Sel-IDE. Thank you again.

  2. I completely agree with Dave’s comment. On the VIVO project, our entire Selenium effort is based around Selenium IDE. Our test suite is created and maintained by an non-coder. It currently consists of hundreds of tests with thousands of steps, and it’s all done in Selenium IDE.

  5. I also agree – this is a terrific tool .. thank you .

    We have hundreds of script written in perl using RC …

    Recent posts do not include anything specific for perl ?
