Welcome to the official Selenium blog!

Filed under: Uncategorized — plightbo @ 6:27 pm UTC

Since we moved away from Clearspace for our forums, it’s time we also did the same for our blogging platform. As such, the new location for the official Selenium blog will now be:

https://seleniumhq.wordpress.com

We hope to be much better about posting news, tips, and tricks here going forward.

  2. Congratulation for this initiative. A blog is a good way to be in touch with the community. I have a blog where I post about Selenium, but It’s in Portuguese. I hope to see good posts here. Bye bye and good luck!!!

  3. i was using Selenium RC 1.0.1. I ran test after a month, earlier test runner and application used to run in separate windows. But now its running in one window, due to that my application take over on the runner section as we click on any link in the application.

    It works fine if i start selenium server from the command prompt, but not from my script. I am using below code to start the server

    Can you please let me know how can i manage to work in separate windows?

    public static void startServer() {
    try {
    System.out.println(“Starting Selenium Server”);

    server = new SeleniumServer();

    server.start();

    } catch (Exception e) {
    // TODO Auto-generated catch block
    e.printStackTrace();
    }
    }
